After Your Initial Inquiry
We've talked inspiration, the date is BOOKED, now the countdown begins.
Remember, nerves are normal, AND IN FACT, I eat those things up for breakfast. Feeling shy and having any doubts just means the transformation is about to be TWICE AS BIG.
And if you're already tweaking with excitement like I am.... it's just going to get better.

Planning and
Shooting
I LOVE a Pinterest board or random screenshots from inspiration you've pulled. Once I get a clearer vision of what you're wanting, I'll be able to help and guide more.
LET'S JUST SAY - You don't know where to even begin, you just know you want to make it happen. More than often these sessions become my favorite because we're inspired by it all and so in tune with what simply feels right.
THE DAY OF - Be prepared for all the hype and praise. This is YOUR moment and the high is going to last even after the shoot.

and Delivery

Post shoot, expect an email with a personalized link to view your PREVIEW GALLERY! You will be able to view the entire gallery and make selections of for your package or even TREAT YOUR SELF to some extra goodies.

Once you've shared that you're done selecting your favorites, I will do any further retouching and deliver the FINAL GALLERY via email as well!
Here we get to relive all that we shared, celebrating your metamorphic journey.
Do you do any photoshop on people?
The intention with our session is to focus more on the experience and remembering that indescribable feeling when you look at these images.
I happily will edit out any blemishes and bruises (because life happens), although any further retouching should be requested prior and may be considered for an additional charge.

Wha'ts the cancellation
/rescheduling fee?
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you cancel your session, you forfeit your payment. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of payment.
FOR STUDIO: The availability for rescheduling will be subject to BrushCo Studio's discretion. Requests to reschedule less than 72 hours before your scheduled booking will incur a $25 fee automatically charged to your payment form on your account. Weekend requests to reschedule less than 48 hours will NOT be permitted. You will automatically be charged the total amount of your rental. Please plan ahead with your clients & customers and be sure to arrive for your scheduled booking.

Can I bring someone with me?
We love a little extra hype!
Please advise prior to your shoot whether you will be bringing anyone. MUA + stylist can be there during the shoot, but makeup must be complete before studio start time as it will effect our photo time.

How will the gallery be delivered and what’s the storage process?
You will have full access to a private online gallery where you can share, download, and print high-resolution images both web and mobile friendly. The online gallery is live for up to three months.
In order to restore a lost and/or deleted gallery there will be a $50 penalty fee.

Will you deliver raw (unedited) images?
The cool thing is, we’d be working together because you enjoy my work and the experience. Therefore trusting me in delivering the best and only the best. Delivering unedited images to me would be considered incomplete work.
Nobody likes things half-a**ed.

Are deposits refundable?
Your booking fee (deposit) is made to secure your date and depending on the session, it will cover the studio rental fee. ANY session where the deposit is placed will be considered confirmed and non-refundable. ANY session where client is a no show will not be refunded.

What's the late policy?
The session beings at the agreed time and ends as scheduled. Late arrival by client will not extend the studio rental period and/or on location. You may request additional time, but cannot be guaranteed.
Arriving 15+ minute late to the scheduled time will be considered a no show.

The excitement couldn’t be more mutual! I guarantee all weddings will be delivered within four weeks of shoot date and any other sessions within two weeks.
